Ok guys, I have a 'friend' that I have a bet with-He thinks price is the number one motivator when choosing service. What say you? Pick your top three motivators when choosing your bikes service provider. Comments encouraged!

Hmmm....most important service consideration, huh? Are we talking Thailand or Costa Rica?!

Ohhhh....bikes....

How about the choice that they actually know what they're doing! That's my biggest one.

So that would be a vote for Fixed right(?)...That would be mine plus good people and convenience. I don't mind paying extra if the value is there...It's like you take care of me, I'll take care of you kinda thing.

People and price. If the service people treat me right, it makes the PRICE taste better. People also means that the mechanics know their a$$ from a hole in the ground. How many can you pick on this broken survey????

Thanks! I guess you can pick them all . I've looked at some of the other polls and they aren't working either...I think the comments are just as important, though.

1. Good people, that treat you fair from sales to service. 2. Price. 3. Fixed right the first time,on time!
I have been in business for myself and know that it takes a life time to build a reputation and a short time to tear it down!
