You don't need anybody's permission or blesing to wear what you wantwhen you ride - you just do what you want and stick two fingers up at anyone who says otherwise.
I rode a BMW and a Honda wearing my Harley leather jacket and nobody's ever made a derogatory comment to my face! What they say behind my back or out or ear shot I really couldn't care less about.
Just do what makes you happy.........

Christ, what is it with motorcycle people and their fragile egos? I've never come across a group more concerned about what others think about them or whether things are "allowed" or not. Are all hobbies like this? I know in flying no one gives a stuff what anyone else flies, wears, says, talks to, doesn't talk to, etc. I know there are exception on this site, and some people really do their own thing, but lately it seems like more posts than not are about someone begging the rest of the forum for acceptance. It's starting to feel like Dr. Phil and Oprah. [:'(]
