Good way to get water in your wheel bearings, at least on the older models. Not sure about the newer ones with the sealed bearings.

Most of you who use high pressure to wash your bike probably don't put enough miles on it to suffer the problems that result.....pity the poor guy who buys your used bike. Once in a while, when you're on the road, and you stay back from the bike?......sure that won't hurt, if you're careful. It's easier and cheaper and safer and and better to use the garden hose at home.

Absolutely not, never will! Only at home, just me and my ride. That's how we bond!

May I strongly suggest you wear a rain suit as you drive through the car wash and close your mouth that soap taste like crap.

"Oh man, this gum tastes like crap!"
"It IS crap. Wanna buy a toothbrush?"

Sorry, brought back a remnant of an old joke.

I ride my bike to the hand car wash. I think the guys there like washing my bike more then they like washing cars. They are very careful. I just take a soft cloth to it to get off any water spots and off I go.
