I remember when the "attire" to ride was a set of boots from one store, a coat from another, some jeans that were too dirty to wear to church and some gloves that felt good no matter where they came from, and a t-shirt of some sort. Now, the "uniform" can be bought from the HD store nearest to you, and it is possible to run into several guys over the course of a ride that look just like the ten guys you just passed.

FWIW, I don't care what someone considers themselves, or why. I'll stop to help anyone (even cars on most days) that appears to need help, I'll talk bikes at a rest stop, I'll ride in almost any weather (excluding show) and I will hop on my bike with no place to go. Not sure what I am, other than pretty happy I am able to ride what I want, when I want, where I want.

If you care what you are, and can't figure it out, perhaps you are just a person that owns a bike, and that will have to be good enough for now.

Well,

I sorta think you get 'em halfway started then take a couple of turns and then pour in the Chowder and torque all of them down to 17 pounds in a crisscross direction starting with the one on the left........aaaaaaaaaarrrrghhhhhhhhh.....where did all the pirates come from?????
