Saturday I rode with a friend to Nevada City, met up with another and rode the back roads to Folsom for lunch and a nice ride back to Nevada cCity and onto home. Beautiful 70 degree weather. Today rode to the Almond Festival in Capay Valley with our Hog group. Came back up Hwy 16 N to Hwy 20 back to home stopping for lunch in Williams @ I-5. Hit a little drizzle a few times, but never really cold. Any day on 2 wheels is a great day!

Got in about 50 miles today. Temps here in central Ga. were windy/mid 50's and sunny. All days are good days to ride, it's just that some days are better than others. Still it was very relaxing.

Mama and I took off from Yuma (AZ) after the 5000 mi maint. was done yesterday. We went to Laughlin, NV and spent the night. This morning, we got up and went to Oatman. Never been there. What an interesting place! A must see if you are in the area. We came back to Yuma this afternoon. Sunburned, tired, but happy! [IMG]

Just came back from a 4 hour ride along the twisty roads around here. The weather was just right, sunny, a slight wind and 70 deg F. Got another three days off from work and the forecast is much the same 
. My wife wants me to start preparing the inside of the house for a paint job but I think I can escape a couple hours a day for a ride

65/70 degrees around Las Vegas with some cloudiness. I took the 1200R across Hoover Dam to Dolan Springs, AZ and then on to the South Cove boat launch for upper Lake Mead. I had a bottle of water and a Payday candy bar and then headed back home. Went a total of 222 miles and got 50.4 mpg usually at or slightly over the posted speed limits. Great day and great ride. I really like this XL1200R! ............. BC
