RE: Who all rode today?
OK....I rode down to the HD dealer for the scheduled fuel tank replacement (34 degrees & wind gust to 30 mph).....dropped off the bike....two hours later they call and say they don't have all the parts to do the job. So another trip down this afternoon to pick it up (39 degrees & head winds).

Me and the Mrs put about 150 miles on yesterday. We left home and headed up through Needles, across the river and stopped at a buddies "under construction" new house. I'm doing the cabinets in it so I wanted to check status. From there we headed up the hill to Oatman for buffalo burgers, came down old 66 to Topock, then picked up 40 back towards Havasu. I think it was low to mid 70's, need the jacket to ride but took it off as soon as we were stopped.

Just about 200 miles total. Went from Walnut Creek, Ca. to Rocklin, Ca. to see new facility the employer just opened. Came back on the river road (hwy 160) and stopped in Isleton, Ca. for supper at the Rio Hotel. Very biker friendly and good Prime Rib. Temps in the 60's down to the very low 50's/high40's It was amazing with a glowing haze in the air. All the hills are green. And with a little overcast with some haze makes it seem even greener (almost electric green).
Rain right now and expected until Tues. So goes Northern Cal-eee-for-nee-ah weather.
With the damp air the heated grips were giving off "steam" when we stopped for supper.

Put about 110 miles on today -- headed out when it was 58 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. Got home several hours later, 64 degrees and still clear sky. Yeah, it's February here in Houston and we are enjoying the weather while we can! This is the kind of weather we dream of in the middle of August when it is 98 degrees and 95% humidity.

The pancakes were so good Saturday, wife and I rode back today (Sunday) for Belgian Waffles. Got a 'storm' coming tonight. I hate to say storm, from what you Northerners and Easterners get, a little rain seems kinda dull.

Rode again today almost 200 miles, all over. Went to breakfast, went by a buds place to see if we could get him out, went to the beer gardens and back. Made it to 78 degrees and cloudy, but it was nice. Storm coming in tomorrow, 5" to 10" of rain expected in the next couple of days in the mountains. Guess I wont be ridin till next weekend.

28* start in the morning; 68* through the Verde Valley to Sedona; 48* back home. 204 miles with Kat on the back and sunny skies made for a great ride. There were only a couple of stupid people driving cages. We saw lots of bikes on the road both singles and groups. Great day all in all!
