Leaving Wilmington, NC Friday morning

 

I never miss this chance to honor our nation's finest. I'll be there with about 200 hundred of my CVMA brothers & sisters.

 

Myself and buddy are leaving Dayton Ohio Thursday morning... Everyone have a safe and fun ride!

 

I'll be riding with the Dumfries, VA Rolling Thunder.

 

Heading out early Sunday morning to stop at Patriot HD for the Ride of the Patriots then on to the Pentagon for Rolling Thunder.

 

I assume you have ridden with Patriot before? I have, but will never do it again unless I was going to break off before the Pentagon lot. Ride of the Patriotstarts at 9:00am andgets there so late that one year they had to park in a different lot.

The best advice I give to people is to ride staright to the Pentagon lot and get there no later than 7:30am. You will still wait several hours since the parade starts at noon but getting there by 7:30am you will leave the lot by about 1:00pm.

 

Headed out from Fayetteville, NC early Friday. Going up 15 to avoid the Interstate.
