Glad you're ok. As a new rider I think I take something away from every story I read on here. From this one I learned that if someone takes my picture after laying her down . . . make sure to give them the bird.

 

Everyone makes mistakes, but the smart man learns from them so they aren't repeated. Sounds like you're a smart man.

Dude....a few things.

#1 and most important: glad you are OK and did hurt yourself any worse.

#2: Don't hold back......you looked down dude. Lesson learned and hearing your experience is reminder to me to stay alert at all times.

#3: You said you hit your face in the tumble off the bike. What kind of helmet were you wearing? The pic shows two different styles on the ground. What sort of damage did the face plant do etc?
