What do I think of the new slogan?

I'm Lovin' It! I think the MoCo really tried to think outside the bun this time.

Some alternatives, though...

Harley Davidson, the San Francisco Treat!

Aren't you glad you use Harley Davidson? Don't you wish everyone else did?

Harley Davidson, don't leave home without it!

Harley Davidson: Good to the last drop!

Harley Davidson: It keeps going, and going, and going.

So to paraphrase... pretend you're an ostrich, jump on your bike and hide... err... ride. Weak, really weak.

I have no problem with the slogan, and like paragraph. Marketing ploy, but that is life of a corporation. Sales slump and HD needs to something new to drive sales. If those sales slogans don't help sales what's next...laying off more employees, cutting corners on fit/finish of bikes, more parts made overseas? So I say Screw it, Let's Ride.

The MoCo has a new slogan " So screw it, let's ride" [:'(]
It is really lame IMO, and downright embarrassing.
What do you all think of this "snappy" slogan?
Well, I kinda like it. Is it a bit shmaltzy? Maybe. Do I think a LOT of their stuff is a bit over the top, and sometimes a bit too "full of themselves"? Sometimes. Did I like the "Creed" video? Yea, again a bit over the top, but It got me jonesing to ride.

Bigger question is, can YOU come up with something better?

Pure out spin, reminds me of one of Obamas speeches. Ever noticed his speeches are lyrics from songs? No wonder people identify with them

War! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing! I say it again...

I expect to hear that in one of his speeches soon.

Spin doctors. What are they good for?____________ _________

They're appealing to testosterone and ego, throwing in a little feigned patriotism to give it some flair, acting tough. They hope it'll make someone buy a motorcycle.

Screw it is weak though.

The H-Dcompany shouldn't be telling anyone to screw anything. It's not respectful to the brand or the people dedicated to the brand. What gives H-D corporate the right to portray motorcyclists as being so frightened of the worldthat theycurse at it, andthen scurry away on theirlittle motorcycles to hide? Their ad shows bikers as pansies and I think it's stupid.

Spinning is good exercise, builds up the quads to get your Moped going. I rather liked the message and signed up. Now, I'm somebody special. I used to be just somebody cuz I have a charge account at the city dump. But now...

Last time I saw arag like that, there was a big red zero on the bandana and some guy was shouting, "Banzi!" which is Japanese for "holy ****, I've onlygot a one way ticket!"

(Mr. Whipple! Please don't squeeze the Harleys)
