+1 always very friendly and customer friendly.

 

Stopped there many times while in Sioux Falls, nice place , great people, my next bike will be purchased there. They also have a second store about a 100 miles North of Sioux Falls on I29 in Watertown.

 

I've bought 3 bikes from them, even though I live in Omaha. Yogi and Doug are straight shooters in the shop. Everyone elsehas always been friendly.

youngrider, what happened with J & L that your not happy about? Maybe someone here can explain it.

 

Never bought from them (but then, don't buy from dealers here either), but when we are out home, we stop in and say "Hi". We have ALWAYS been treated GREAT there. (Food is GOOD, too. ) Must be that "South Dakota NICE" thing. I might be JUST a bit prejudice, tho. In all the years I have known them, I would be hard pressed to list the "bad" experiences I have heard about.
Sounds like you are not too happy with them, youngrider. Anything in particular? Or just in general? Hope you get it straightened out. They have always been and I consider them above board. Sorry if you had a bad one, there.
In fact, one of the ppl we ride with occassionally, stopped there to get his tire changed going to Sturgis 2 yrs ago. He drove back out to Soo Falls later that year to buy a newscoot from them. He still talks about how great they treated him and the "good" deal he got.
My brother and nephew have been dealing with them for years, and if you knew my brother, that is saying ALOT !!!

 

Had my 20,000 mile service done there while on vacation last year. They took me right away with no appointment and treated me fine.

+1 on their Watertown location. It isn't as big of a store but they are extremely helpful. They had their demo-days there last Saturday and it was about 44 degrees and raining constantly all day. Needless to say they were not very busy. I went in and ended uptalking to oneof their salesmen for over half an hour and even went outside to look at his bike. I have had mostly good experiences in the Sioux Falls location but I think the Watertown location seemsbetter when you need something.
