Did you ask the Dealer to do a computer search to see if another store has them in stock?

Too bad you can't seem to find the right size....I tell ya, those FXRG pants are great....I got mine when I bought my bike.... wearing them with the FXRG jacket, you feel like you're in an iron suit :-)... Very comfortable, however I will say, they aren't comfortable when it starts to get warmer, so you have to have an alternative for the spring/summer depending on where you live. For this summer coming up, I just ordered a pair of Firstgear HT 2.0 Overpants...they have a zip out liner, so I hope they will be comfortable in the heat, but also offering some protection. Hopefully you'll find those FXRG's someday...you won't be disappointed if you do....

Maybe you ought to consider leather pants with a semi-elastic gathered or adjustabewaist. That way it will fit regardless of tucking in shirts, or adding or losing a pound or three.
Yeah, 2 inches are too much though they would be falling off. I tried on the jeans one size bigger then what I am wearing and it was about 4 inches too big in the waist but only about an inch in the hips.

Figure I'll just do some stopping at dealers farther north. If I run across some I might buy them.
Or like the jacket, you could have them altered.

I didn't...the clothing folks were getting snippy when I told them I refused to pay $70 for the priviledge of shopping at thier dealership. I did call several local dealers with no luck.

I've had them do a computer search of the whole state for me. Found my jacket in Fresno.

Howdy Bluerose,

Have you used your Leather jacket in the rain yet?

I purchased the FXRG in leather recently, but have not had the chance to tryit out in wet weather,

I am thinking of taking the jacket to to "Rolling Thunder" where rain is a definite at some point that weekend,

Danke,

Butt

Rain? No that is all gone here in CA now. I'm sure I'll get to test it on the trip though.

I have the same sizing problems with their helmets! Out of all the styles,Two came close. I wear a normal 7 3/8 but the H-D helmets just dont seem to fit right.

Well ordered them from Simi Harley...they agreed that if they did not fit they would not charge me. Should get them next week. I'm crossing my fingers they do fit. Less then 2 weeks and I'm gone, gone, gone.
