MSF class on your bike

MSF class on your bike
I'm taking the beginner MSF class this weekend and the guy teaching the course says he would like me to bring my bike. He said he has already assigned all the bikes he provides.
I've got good and bad feelings toward taking the class on my own bike.
GOOD:
-I get to learn on my bike which is what I'll be riding after the class so what better bike to take the class on.
BAD:
-My bike is heavier than the 250's he may provide.
-If I drop a bike I'm dropping my bike and not his.
I don't guess I really have much of a choice and I'm not sure it really matters to me either. I think I would almost rather take the class on my own bike.
Would y'all take it on your bike or complain to him and say you want a 250 of his?

I would be complaining, especially if the course says they provide bikes. Part of the fee of the course is using their bikes, and it's part of what is supposed to be supplied.
Why take the chance of dropping your bike(God forbid)on the course because the manuevers you go through are to tight for a bike of that size, or risking injury to yourself by putting your foot down in a tight manuever with a heavier bike. Let alone, if it's a real hot day, your bike air cooled HD won't cool very well at the slow speeds.
Is this a state course, or private course like HD dealers sometimes have?

I haven't heard of this, but basicly you will be doing the Experenced Riders Course if you are using your own bike, minus a couple things.

Use their bike to make any mistakes on especially if you haven't been riding for very long. If you're experienced and feel comfortable on your bike then use yours because you can improve riding skills on your scoot.

My opinion is you should use one of their bikes. Sounds like they may have over-booked the course if they don't have enough bikes to go around. See if they can find someone else to use their own bike and free up a "trainer" for you.

Use their bike. If you drop a bike you flunk the course. A 250 is easier to hold up if something goes wrong. They are supposed to supply the bike. Ask for your money back if they dont supply the bike!
