I have had a very slow experience with CHD, but good prices.

 

I ordered the leather FXRG pants and a shock absorber pump from Chicago HD on 4/8 and they arrived yesterday.

 

Possibly it's the time of year. I ordered twice from CHD last winter and got my order in about 6 or seven buisness days both times.

I, as well, have ordered from both Chi HD and Zanottis.
Neither really bad... have found Zanottis sometimes a little cheaper, don't know why, and the service a little faster and more personable.
Last time I ordered from Zanottis, I talked "IM" style to a person there, and backordered some rear crash bars. Very quick on the back order, and nice service.

There parts always take 3 weeks I have ordered from them many times.
Zannottis doesn't give 20%of on everything they cherry pick the discount like most dealers I stopped ordering from them because you have to calculate every single thing to make certian your not get nicked on one or two of the items you're ordering.
CHD gives it on everything.I've order at least 75 items from them and gotten 20% on everything and the shipping is almost free when you figure in your local sales tax that you didn't have to pay.

 

I've been ordering from them for about8 yrs. It's either 2 day's or 2 weeks. depends if they have it in stock. Here's an idea, call them ask WTF, over.

 

The problem with Chicago Harley is they don't give you an estimate or keep you informed. Your order status becomes "Part Special Ordered" and thats it. You have to call and bug them to see which part is holding up the shipment and when they think it will be shipped out, etc etc.
