listen to me... go buy a pair of wileyx "blink" model.

ive had oakley, rayban, AND mj... but these wx blinks are the best for biking. theyre also pretty stylin'.

i have the the light changing lenses on them, useful for day and night riding. they also have easily removable foam eye piece that keeps the wind out of your eyes but snaps out so for use as regular shades when you get to your destination.

theyre the best... try em.

I've had Maui Jim's and Ray-Bans for years. Never a problem with either, but used primarily for driving the boat. I wear the Ray-Bans [wraparound]on the bike and love 'em.

Can anyone say "KD's"? 5$ a pair and you can get them clear, amber of dark? 350$ a pair, yikes. You guys have any openings where you work? I did just buy a pair of 28$ sunglasses from the MOCO and they are pretty good.

Ray Ban Wayfarers have worked for me. This pair I have are at least 15 years old, when the prescription needs up dating the lenses are readily available. They also have some heft to them so they stay on (so far).
Besides they're cool and cool never goes out of style!

That's part of the problem with expensive sunglasses. The most expensive pair I had was a pair of sunglasses I owned, a pair of Bausch & Lombs, someone stole right of my house. I had them about 1 month. I've had no problems with cheap sunglasses breaking. I eventually lose them one way or another. Someone stole a pair of my wife's fake Bausch & Lomb sunglasses we got when we were on vacation in Mexico for $7. The joke's on them.

I ride with a pair of MJ's. Haven't had a problem with them (didn't spend $350 for them either). I had used WileyX but the lens coating scratched too easily. At night, a pair of HD clear lens (less than $30).

+1 on the wayfarers...Solid plastic around the nose area blocks the air from coming through....and polarized enough to remove any glare on windshield/windscreen..

I have MJ's which are great, but I don;t wear them riding. I use Wiley X light adjusting and a pair of "the best damn sunglasses" - a site sponsor, as a back up. For $25, the best damns are a good value.

I've had Maui Jims with no problems but I would't wear them on my bike. I wear my Panoptix day/night glasses for that. Check em out.
