So yesterday, while I was on my short COLD ride, I almost got taken out by a city bus that turned out of a side street in front of me. Luckily, I had seen it pull up to the corner, and was ready, cause if I'd a been daydreaming, I would have smacked right into the side of it at about 30 mph!!!

Ah, gotta love the ********* that don't pay any attention at all![:@] It's good to know my instincts and reflexes are still sharp, though.

Weird. Almost the exact same thing happened to me on the ride to work this morning. This bus happened to be a school bus full of kids! The idiot driving the bus ran a stop sign and pulled out right in front of me. Like you, I saw him coming and was ready, but still. I just don't expect a school bus driver to run a stop sign!
