#1 check the tires as they will be bumpy as $hit on your first 50-100 miles. Any cracks-(even one) replace them right away.
2. drain fuel and refill with new 91 fuel with 4oz redline S-1 fuel system cleaner (www.myoilshop.com ) This will clean the whole fuel system like new
3. Change all the oils & filters
4. Change out the spark plugs
5. Replace the battery
6. Pre-oil the engine like descibed above. (some guys use marvel mystery oil in plug holes)
7. check all rubber fuel & oil lines

Lots of people will tell you this is too much but I have re-road conditioned several bikes after some jamoke just let them sit like that. If you do all of this you won't have to bother with anything else.

In addition to what was stated above, make sure the pipes are clear of any mice condominiums.
