I have a bell. It hangs from the right side of the handlebars. Sometimes that little ringing makes me wonder if I am hearing a problem with the bike LOL. It was on the bike when I bought it. It's kinda cool but I will rely on the Lord for my protection.

I have one on my bike and mostly because I sell them. We carry a ton of different ones. You can check out www.brunosbikeparts.com and if you want one and are a member, just type in free ship in the "coupon code" box.

Wife gave me 2 POW/MIA bells. I have them tied with leather
boot laces to the frame forward of the right side driver floorboard.
Ride safe,
Dano

IMO, the riding bell is an example of lemming suicide. Which is a myth in regard to the actual Lemming.

Thumbs up

My wife gave me a Guardian bell just before the Rip's B.A.D. ride to Knuckleheads today. Five minutes before kickstands up I promptly but inadvertently spat on my boot! Then as I started my engine I got a check engine light and the throttle was stuck at 2k rpm. I did the 4 x on/off thing and then I got a steady check engine light and the bike had no throttle response! All this time my turn to pull out was coming up fast. Well after two frantic restarts It started to run normally! Dang!
