I am on high speed internet and the J & P Cycle web site is very fast for me. I like the search feature because you can find a lot more stuff on the internet easier than thumbing through all the pages of a catalog.

 

I like them. Sometimes their site is slow, but no big deal.

I have ordered a lot of parts from them, and only had 1

problem with some shocks. They handled the complaint

well. They were very quick to take the parts back and

send new ones. They are very professional.

 

Ordered tons of stuff over the years. They are the best at customer service.

I've only ordered a couple things from them. Their prices are usually MSRP, and on some things that's okay. But I also like Dennis Kirk, Realhog, and a couple others pots. J&P ain't bad, mind you, it's just that when you can save $10 or more that usually pays for the shipping cost. And from time to time my local dealer runs a 20% off sale, so I try to support them as well.

 

been useing them for a long time . yes shipping can be high depends what you order. but have always great service.shipping now days is high it's not there fault i do it as part of my every day job.have always got the right part and most of the time 9 out of 10 the part is here the next day.

 

JP price is high. Customer service, in my opinion, is best in the business. I will continue to order from them.

 

I order all my Harley parts from Chiagoharley.com, They give 20% off and shipping isn't bad
