I recently called my dealer for some touch-up paint for my `91 Heritage turquoise and cream and well wouldn`t you know that HD doesn`t even list the color anymore.I found www.cyclecolor.com on the web and they made it for me.The turquoise.Not an old jar they had around,they made new.Apparently they are some how tied in to PPG or something and they have the formulas for the out-of-date paints.I haven`t tried to put any on yet but it looks *od **mn close!$18.95 for 2 oz. bottle w/applicator and 11 something for shipping.According to the dude on the phone they can match ANY paint from paint name and/or other means.I asked him about the camera deal right on the paint to match existing paint and he said that was old news.Just hoping I may be able to help out someone with a color that HD decided not to make anymore.Toby

Dude, do yourself a favor and find a new dealer! Go back to the dealer and tell them to type in 98601JZ and they will see that it is still available as 1991-92 turqouise touch up paint kit retailing for $22.10 It never ceases to amaze me that the dealers don't bother looking because they can't find things!

 

He told me that he looked on the computer and he read off the list of colors for `91 and said it wasn`t gonna happen.So I overcame the obstacle.Well this cyclecolor site helped me and it may help others who may have a dealer that can`t find theircolor either.Toby

I have a mint set of turquoise tins for that bike - part NOS, part mint. I was going to buy a bike of that vintage and put those tins on it but I changed my mind and I'm too lazy to ebay them.
