I want to paint my bike one of the new colors.......pacific denem blue. I have asked my painter about this and he says he doesen't have a clue how to do a paint job like that with the denem color and the flat clear coat. Any suggestions ???

Who makes the paint? 3m/sikkens/acme/dupont??? My suggestion is to have your painter call the folks who make the paint for directions on how to get the effect you are looking for. They should be able to tell him.

My guess is there is a "flattening agent" that he will have to add to the clearcoat. (this is only a guess) - Anyway I hope this helps.
