Summer In New York
This summer I will spend a couple of weeks in New York.
In my programs, I want to visit a local dealership and maybe order a bike.
I will stay at the "Helmsley Park Hotel", near Fifth Avenue.
I would like to know if you can suggest me a dealer in this area, I want to discuss with him all the details and how can I ship the bike to Italy.
Any suggestions from you?
Anyone who wants to meet me and take some shots together for the forum?
Let me know!
Ciao!

What about these guys? http://www.nycharleydavidson.com/
They also make International Sales, do you know them?
While in New York I won't have any car, so it would be difficult to move out of the city.

There is no Harley dealer in Manhattan..The closest one from your hotel would be NYC Harley which is in Queens right over the 59th street bridge on Northern Boulevard...You also have Miracle Mile Harley in Great Neck which is in Nassau County...There are a few biker bars in manhattan if you are interested

The NYC dealer is really a “souvenir shop”. I’ve been there a few times. You do need to stop in if for nothing more then a t-shirt. If you venture upstate NY, to say, the Woodstock area. You can stop into the Woodstock HD Dealer. Easy to get too, and a nice place. And hay, how cool to get a bike from the “famed” area of Woodstock, NY. PM me if you need some more info.

I bought my bike from New Roc Harley cause they had the color i wanted. Ihad some problems with them when i bought my bikebutWaynetook care of everything for me. The overall Dealership is good but Jack the owner can be shady at timesThe part guys Daveand John are very helpful.Heather and Dee in clothing are the best. So if your buying from them ask for Wayne or Vaugh. You can also check Reggie Pinks and NYC Harley.

hey babysuge .. I didn't get that impression from Jack, actually. He sold me my bike and was aces. I did have a problem with getting the title, but they actually fired the employee who was involved (not because of my title) and when Wayne got involved, I finally got the title (total process was 6 months). Aside from that, the actual transaction at NRHD was great.
