something tells me when you wear those you will ride alone!! your wife is a hoot for dealing with you on that.
if you get the dark tinted ones you would fit in with many of the old farts here in FL., but you have to wear black socks with sandals and shorts to complete the picture!!!
I'll probably get some kind of over the glasses goggles someday, seems like on country rides I often get crap in my eyes. I doubt I would be tempted by the $2.50 price to get the ones you have.

You look great in those.
I have the same problem. I wear a 3/4 helmet all the time. I'm not paying over 300 for wiley or panoptx with my prescription in them. I paid over 600 for the glasses and the same frame with sunglasses with prescription in them.

I wear goggles over my glasses.Way less than fifty bucks.Got them at a bike/snowmobile dealer.Biker dork.Heeheehee Excuse me Harry Cary biker dork!

I feel for your wifedude, definately not a good look for you! Get some new specs. If you have a vision plan through work they may pay for a new set of RX lenses for some goggles. During my yearly check up my vision plan picked up the tab on my prescription $300. It allowed me to get transition poloycarbonate lenses for my Wiley X SG-1s. Use one of the already mentioned options if you don't have the vision plan, there are lots of over the glasses options.
