I got 6.9% for 60 months at the dealer through HD and then a few weeks later I got a letter from HD saying the dealer made a mistake and it was 6.33%. I was amazed that they actually changed the rate. That was at the end of last month.

I traded my sportster for a Crossbones in Feb. They are running a special 3.99 for 3yrs, 4.99 for 4 yrs and 5.99 for 5yrs.
I rode out the same day on the Bones. They use Eagle bank, I have made two payments with no issues at all.

Was this recent? Best rate I can find on the website is 7.99%. I've been toying with the idea of upgrading to an Ultra but the interest rates are gonna have to come down before I pull the trigger.

Nevermind....I see where you said you did this in February.

4.99% last year they ran a special rate. I looked at the bike I wanted and then allowed them to run my credit I told them up front advertized rate or I would leave.

My girlfriend an I both bought new bikes. Mine in January and she bought her bike 2 weeks ago. We both got 5.99% for 60 months (we both have good credit).

I have a home equity line of credit form 3rd Federal here that runs 1% over prime. No more credit apps and I can pay as much or little as I want with no penalties. Works like a checking account. Right now it's running under 5%. I shop for financing before I buy anything. If they can beat my HE line then they get it if not cya. Also the HELOC interest is deductable so my net interest rate is about 3%.
