6'5" 330#s 2005 RoadKing Custom, Sundowner, Rider back rest, widened the boards 1" , and got rid of the heel shifter. I also added crash bar pegs to stretch out and move around a bit. Handlebars were a problem but I just adjusted them until they felt right. Lay back and RIDE!!

Stock Street glide seems to give a little more leg room than the ultra in my opinion.
Also without fairing lowers I often stretch out and rest my feet onto the bars, rather than having highway pegs.

Just my 2c

I'm 6'3" - 250lbs. Ride a Sporster 1200C with Sundowner seat.
I'll be replacing the rear shocks with progressives shortly.

6'5" - 250. When I had the 04 Wide Glide, the 3" extensions and sidekick seat made it perfect for me. The Heritage and Ultra both has the floorboards moved forward an inch, and a change in seats that set me lower and back. The 08 Tallboy seat moves you back 2 inches and is really significant on a touring bike. The highway pegs for stretching out and still really important for long rides.

I'm 6'-5" 260 lbs my 07 Wide Glide fits me. I use a 06 CVO Super Glide seat ,it puts me back and down as far as I could go. In a world designed for 5'5" to 5'10" you just make youself fit. I have a Corbin Dual Tour on order. The Canadian distributer for Corbin said one of the Corbin owners is over 6' 5" and their designs are capable of accomodating tall riders. I will post my findings when it arrives in 4 weeks.

I'm 6'5 270 pounds and feel perfect on a RKC. Gonna get some higher handlebars but at least the bike fits me. Only other HD I would consider is the Street Glide at this point...

I am 6'-4" with a 38" inseam and I ride a 02 Wide Glide. I can't stretch 100% out( Doubt I can on any bike unless it has crash bars which Ipersonally dont' like) but close with the 3" extensions.

Whatever you get you will love it and customize it to fit you like I did.
Where does one by pants with a 38" inseam ?

6'5" 240 lb's I ride the 02 EGC. I put the floorboard exteneders on. Got rid of the heal shifter. Put a different brake pedal on. The nextstep is to have my stock seat reworked to see if that gives me more room. Everyone I talked to says the RoadGlide offers the most room for tall riders.

Not quite as big as you but 6'4" at 230lbs. FXDWG for me...

Fat Bob might fit but I'm a bit concerned about extensions on the foot forward controls hitting the front wheel. But I don't know for sure, just looks close...

Drexor69, I saw the quote in your sig line and spit coffee all over my keyboard, dimn ya!!

That's funny, I'll paste it here:

"The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?" - Anonymous
