I bought some lower fairings on eBay and I didn't get all the parts promised from the seller so I went to PayPal dispute resolution and I won because the seller never responded to PayPal . There was a $200 buyer protection on this item so I got that much of my money back and PayPal says they'll try and get the rest of my money for me . So do I go ahead and have the parts I got painted and go on with life or leave them alone and see what happens ? At this point I would rather have them painted and go on but i don't want to find later I have to send them back to the seller .

 

If you have a dispute, don't repaint or m odify anything.......or else you may be liable.
If you are happy with the results as they are...you need to end any 'dispute'.

 

You'll just have to let the process take it's course to resolution........Patience my friend !

 

PayPal says the dispute is closed now but they will continue to try and recover the rest of my money .I feel like I'm left in limbo at this point .

 

if they are trying to recoup the money the you will need to return the parts

 

The seller does not have a verified address and his shipping address does not coincide with usps info and the seller has made no contact with PayPal .

 

It wouldn't hurt to email Paypal and ask them for some advice.
