This morning just after getting on Interstate 15 South, I was splitting traffic that was going around 15-20 mph. I came up on a Nissan Titan on the left and a Ford Excusrion on the right. The were side by side and the mirrors were not much more that 2 feet apart. In these situations I always wait for the one vehicle to get slightly ahead of the other before proceeding. I saw both drivers faces in their mirror and they both obviously saw me because all of a sudden they both moved over to block me.

CRUNCH

Both mirrors were destroyed. I began to laugh so hard I almost fell off my bike. They pulled over and began yelling at each other. I asked them if they needed the police, they said no. I asked them if either of them wanted my information for a witness. There was a pause, then the both yelled NO!

I smiled and rode off. This is the 2nd time in as many years this has happened to me, any one else?

I wondered both times if I should have taken there license numbers and reported them to the CHP. It probably would not do any good.

 

Sometimes that Karma thing, works really fast!

The scary thing is, that there is such a selfish attitude on the road. When I used to ride in the UK, people move out of the way to allow motorcycles to split.

 

The Lord works in mysterious ways. Maye thy will again before they try that with another biker. Feels like payback, dont it.

i like to believe that most of the time they are just target fixating, and when they look in the mirror, just drift in that direction, but i know that some of em are doing it intentionally.

living to ride another day is the best revenge. having two truck driving poseurs smash eachothers mirrors is pretty good too!

That having been said - damn! I can't imagine commuting on the 15 on a daily basis! That's some nasty traffic. You definitely got some ballz on you.
