Same here. Have a 93 Toyota station wagon with 150,000 and a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee with almost 200,000. Toyota is the "family" car. We only drive the Jeep when it snows and we can't get the car to the top of the lane.

That's what I'm talking about...I'm driving my Grand Prix till it DIES...then will buy a beater. I never want another car payment...too many things I want to buy for the SG!!!

DRIVE A 91 S-10 , low miles 77,000. Runs great and wont buy a new car. To many trips planned on my 2007SG AND TO MANY UPGRADES PLANNED. lET THE OL LADY BUY A NEW CAR AND iLL USE HERS

I have a 2002 F150...Not exactly an old beater, but not exactly new either. Has 71K on her, butit is also paid for, and I don't plan on buying anything new for quite a while, if ever.

I drive a 89 Ranger I picked up for 3,000. It's actually very nice though. The wifes car has one payment left! The SG is the most expensive vehicle I have ever bought!

I actually bought a beater after my bike was paid for by a couple of years....
I went without a car/truck for 5 years.
The end of last summer I bought a 1996 Chevy S10 ext.cab 4X4 with 190K on it.
