RE: Manual Cruise Control for H-D?
Thanks OG_electra_glide and alexcue,
The 'Throttle Management System ' seems to be nice. At least till the price tab shows...
The 'Throttle Mate ' seems to be very handy and it will be very intreresting to hear how it work.
Please keep us posted.

Bernt,
If you google "vista cruise", they now supposedly make one that fits HD. Around $30 to $35 dollars I think. Also, check out the "Klever Lever" here - www.foresthillproducts.com. I have one, and it works great. Similar to the throttle mate I think. Allows your right thumb to quickly/easily tighten the throttle star wheel. Very inexpensive, too.

Sorry, my link to the clever lever went to a different website. Google "klever lever", and hit the foresthillproducts website. I don't know why the link in my last post goes to a different website.

Thank's Doug, I saw the forresthill site, seems to be a 'simple' gadget. Maybe a DIY piece? Also found the Vista for Harleys and the 'Breakaway' piece. Suddenly there are lots of them. One problem is that if nobody sells them in Europe, it's a nag to get them over. The shipping cost and the customs/sales taxes are sky high. In Sweden we have a 25% sales tax!!! To buy a $10 item will probably get to fifty bucks before I gets it...

RE: Manual Cruise Control for H-D?
i just ordered the throttlemate - just a small lever and a set screw. They advised the all plastic one has problems coming off on a hot day. I know they're the competition but she seemed on the level.
As to shipping, maybe someone can just put in an envelope and mail it you like regular mail? Fifty dollars sounds pretty high. As a favor, I might be able to do it for only $49?
