Default I am officailly a yuppie

I had too use my AAA card to get my bike fixed today after It took a sh** at an itersection today.

Throttle cable broke so I had to bungie cord my carb throttle and operate it with my right hand( suicide throttle) to get to the service staion a hundred yard down the way. Then I borrowed a t25 wire cutters and manage to replace my broke cable with the Idle cable that i kept in my bag for this occasion. sthe cable is slightly too long so I had to cut my AAA cards corner off to use as a makeshift stop for the throttle grip and clamped it in the turn signal housing so it doesnt allow the grip to roll all the way forward and loosen the cable. works great and was still able to make it to work on time. The guy at the service staion was a big help by getting me the tools couldnt thank him enough. Now I can saw that I got my moneys worth with my AAA membership. out alittle)

I broke a throttle cable on my Ironhead 300 miles from home one day... I rode 50 miles with my hand on the carb. until I found a hardware store and made a makeshift throttle cable out of a bicycle brake cable
