Do you hide close calls from your spouse?

RE: Do you hide close calls from your spouse?
My wife rides too, so I tell her about ALL of them when I remember to. I figure it might help her if she ever encounters a similar situation. She has had a few too, and she shares them with me. I know it scares me when I hear of hers (only been riding for five years) because she has not had to make that many emergency manuevers in her days of riding.

I gotta vent ...the wife knows everything.
Had 3 close calls in the last 8 months. 1 on the bike ( cut out on me in the fast lane of the turnpike, cut to the side of the road in front of a 18 wheeler), 1 with my hedge clippers ( I cut the power line to the house)and 1 in the car ( slid on ice into a intersection that had no stop sign, andI did). She was with me on the last one.

No, I can't hide anything (she reads me like a book after 30 years)...Plus she is with me most of the time....She loves to ride!~!~

I haven't had the need to tell her about close calls yet, but when they do happen I am not sure if I would or not. I tell her most everything else, but I wouldn't want to her to worry. She hates it when I share with her some of the stories I read on the forum.

Don't tell her, nope.
At a party one time, guys telling "war stories" said, "we remember that time you fell through that roof over on, blankity blank street fire." I never told her. I might have caught some crap when we got home that night, but I told her that I wouldn't discuss that kind of stuff with her and that if I ever got hurt bad enough, someone else would be telling her anyway. Same with the bike.
