Mine also rides. I tell her what happened in detail in hopes that she will learn from my experience. We both understand the risks in riding.

Yeah. But the third time I asked her for a ride to work she got a little suspicious and asked where the bike was.

NO! Never. But I usually forget everything anyhow.

I don't hide the fact that people in cars are dangerous and often almost run me over. We both know the risks. I also try to never leave on bad terms.

Even tho I try to ride very defensively, close calls still happen occasionally. I put on about 10,000 miles a year and when a close call does happen, she's usually sitting right behind me as we ride together 98% of the time.
