If the snow stays away enough I'll be riding in a Patriot Guard Rider mission tomorrow. High of 24. Yikes!

 

You guys are killin' me. Still snowed in with figid temps here. Possible 3 - 6 more inches of lake effect snow overnight. [sm=smiley24.gif]

 

Lucky you! The only ridin' I'll be doin' this weekend is in the garage with the pissin' down rain and freeze over after the rain stops....I'll have a beer in your honor for a good ride!

I rode Friday. 25 degrees with snow blowing across the roads. Had to dodge several icy spots, and returns home with frozen finger tips. Still trying to get the feel on the new ultra. If I keep it I can see I will have to figure out how to pull the bars back about 2".

 

Today I will be going to a fund raiser for a friend of mine's OL. She went down several months ago while negotiating a curve. From what I understand, she hit some gravel and lost control. She has had several operations and I'm sure the medical bills are thru the roof. Will also ride tomorrow, as the temp will be in the mid 70's today and tomorrow, Just don't know where I will go.

 

I'll be riding my IH out to the woods to cut some more fuel for the boiler as it was -13 here this A.M. and my wood pile is just about shot. I did make myself feel better about it by calling my local LP dealer and found out it is 2.09 a gallon
