NOW you know why some of us "bad a$$" bikers "hook" the shifter with our "SPURS". Keeps us from "scuff'n" the toesies of our booties.

In the Army we call it "The Mark" and it ruins the tan boots we now wear. No one asks "do you ride a bike?", they ask "what do you ride?"

I've got a chrome peg I'm going to install soon as I get the damn wrenches in.

lol my left boot is just about worn through from the shifter . . new boots this year!

I just took the heel shifter off my fatboy,makes cleaning the front areea of the primary
a lot easier...

I tell ya,when I'm riding the last thing on my mind is:

"OH MY GOD,I'M SCUFFING THE TOE OF MY BOOT WITH EVERY SHIFT!!"

I think some of these clowns on here,start these threads to see what they can stir up

I don't mind a clown having a little fun to liven things up...but it's sad that I'm starting to think some of them are serious...
