You guys are hard. Talk about giving a guy a hard time about a simple question. Good thing I didn't come here for advice about a fringed vest and some chaps with nice rhinestones along the seam.

Why don't you take one of those plastic grocery bags and a rubber band and make your own? That way you would keep that nice shiny boot of yours safe from those nasty ol' raindrops too!

If any one is looking for advice on chaps, let me tell'ya---I cut mine off to make shorts out of them. With the short chaps on, fingerless gloves, my vest and white golf shoes? Well, what more can I say? I keep my putter strapped on the back rack.

So your left boot is gonna be all nice and shiny and new. What about the right? You don't expect to get road kick/stone scuffs??

Was chewing the fat the other day in a cafe with a doctor, at one point he looked down and immidiately said...... what do you ride?

I laughed when I realised he was looking at the scuff mark. That was the first time I ever though about that. Hell, this thread is the second.

Anyhow, why don't you just get some silicone and glue a thin patch of leather to the bottom side of the shifter. That or as suggested above, use the wrong way around one.

My Harley boots have a big dent in the left toe area. Do I shift too hard?
