To stud or not to stud
I have a question....I paid a lot of money for my saddle bags, but they just don't have that "wow" factor that I see on other bikes. I really like the quality and ease of getting them on and off...but no bling. I found a leather shop that does that kind of work and I'm going to stop in and see what they can do.
So, the question is....has anyone else done this? Another question is that most of the bikes I've seen that have studed bags and conchos usually have a studded saddle as well. How would it look with just the stock sadde and studded bags?
Thanks

RE: To stud or not to stud
I personally prefer if you carry through the look. Studs all the way or none. But I also prefer no studs. I know what you mean about the 'bling' factor. I ordered a new seat for my bike and it looks kinda dull. I'm going with one concho on each side for the 'bling' effect. I think it's a nice alternative to studs.

I have a RK and a Kawasaki Vulcan. I put studs on the Vulcan Seat. Not a big deal. Got them from Tandy Leather, they have a wesite. The quality of the studs is OK, but you might be able to find better.

RE: To stud or not to stud
I just made the mistake of showing my wife the Mustang one piece studded seat in the J&P catalog....she loved it. Now I gotta find a deal on one, already checked ebay but none there.
