I read some of these post here where folks are always comparing the HD's to some copycat bike, mostly metric, to tell you the truth I don't get it, I wish they would be satisfied that one day everyone will except them no matter what they ride, or at least we don't care what they ride, I go to sleep at night without a worry on how I'll bash Yama or Kaw or Suz because no matter how you look at it there just trying to make themself happy by not riding a Harley, just let it go cat's, just let it go, be happy knowing that I know the parts are high, I know the bikes are high, I know you want one but right now is not the time for you, just let it go.

Sorry, I usually don't do this but sometimes I get a little frustrated [:@],ya know what I mean.

 

I'm with you! I don't feel the need to have everybody LOVE everything I LOVE. To each his own...doesn't mean what I like is better a lot of the times...It's simply just what "I" like.

Doesn't matter what you ride...as long as you ride!

I've never worried about what others thought about the bike I was riding because no matter what it was, it was always my hearts desire. It was my dream bike when I got it, and I loved my machine more than any other. The only thing that has changed over the years is which bike is my hearts desire. Ride what you love, and what makes you happy. What others think is unimportant.

 

I couldn't agree more. With all the talk about the freedom that comes with riding I have to say it never ceases to amaze me how much bashing goes on when people make a free choice someone else does not agree with. Talk about any bike other then Harley and here come the 'poser' comments. I don't get it!

 

I'm with ya! I ride what I want and others ride what is for them. As long as we have the privledge to ride, it really doesn't matter what it is.

It's our "better than you" society, the spin-off from beating the Joneses and wanting them to know it. To each his own, but for the love of GOD, stop braggin' about it. (Directed to no one here.)

 

And then there's the HD owners who think their super glides or better than fatboys, or heritages better than road kings, or Ultra's better than road glides, blah, blah, blah...
