RE: sparking from under seat
Ditto what Rick said. You got something loose, or you have a bare wire. Unplug and replug the connectors in the immediate vicinity of the "sparking". Hand trace each wire in the area you saw the sparks. Look for apinched wire, and then look at the insulation VERY closely to see if you can see a break in it. If it sparked BAD enuff, you should be able to see where it was "arcing" if itIS a break in the insulation. Come back and post again if you needto. Happy hunting, GUMBY

As Rick said, if you're seeing sparks there's either a bare wire or a loose connection. If it sparks each time you hit the starter, have someone hit the starter for you as you watch and pinpoint the wire that is sparking. Keep looking, you shouldn't be seeing sparks.

Check your connectors, you may have accidently disconnected one and still may look like it is in place but has caused a gap inside the housing that acts like a spark plug. Good Luck!

Sure, glad to oblige! Sparks mean LOOSE connection or bare wire making contact with metal,,,,, keep looking
