Animals I have hit - how about you?
Birds seem to like to greet me on my bikes?
A couple of years ago a Magpie dive bombed me and hit my helmet.
2006 - a **** Pheasant hit my knee at 100km/h +
2007 - a duck committed suicide on my boot at about 90 km/h. As hard as I tried to not run it down it was very determined.

The first one was a rabbit. It came running out of the bushes and ran right under the bike. Thump(er). Even tore off my guardian bell that my mom gave me. Fur was everywhere.
Next was a crow. It was eating some roadkill and took flight right beside me. It flew right into the forks. Sounded like a church bell ringing. Feathers went everywhere.
On the same day, not even 20 minutes later, it looked like one of the tar snakes on the road was moving. Turned out it was actually a real snake. It might still be alive, but with a 140mm flat spot!

Nothing on a scoot yet other than bugs. But with my truck - countless gophers in Alberta, an owl and a fox in the NWT, more than a few barn swallows, a deer in Saskatchewan, a few cats here and there, and a moose in Ontario. The moose caused some down time on the truck.
