Man! You got some bad azz spiders in that pump house if you need to carry a 357mag in there[]!

Chlorine fumes are very caustic to metal. My S&W N framed 357 cylinder froze up from just walking into the village water pump house to check water samples. It turned green.

Don't do it! I took a HazCom seminar and the instructor mixed chlorine and brake fluid togther in a small can outside and it was one-h*ll of an explosion.

I used to use clorine and pool chemicals to treat chrome on some old bobbers i would build in college... it would yellow and almost give the chrome a brass look... i discoved this when i picked up a bike that was stored in a barn where the pool chemicals where kept... so we tried it... sure enough... eats that chrome up! i would get that bike out of there ASAP! if it does that to a chrome plating... alum is a much softer metal

The pool chlorine is an oxidizer, and will enhance the build up of a protective coating of ferrous oxide on your bike[sm=smiley26.gif].
Chlorine + gas won't explode until you light it.[sm=crossbonesgif.gif]

DO NOT STORE POOL CHEMICALS IN A SHED WITH ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT, INCLDING GOOD TOOLS ETC. WHETHER YOU CAN SMELL THE CHLORINE OR NOT YOU WILL HAVE CORROSION PROBLEMS.

Just drain the pool, put a roof over it and keep the bike in there.....done deal.....no need for any more pool cleaning crap!
