I have been told by a RELIABLE source about the 2009 HD models. DO NOT buy anything until they are released. Thats all I will say, Other then I told you so in a few months. Ride safe my friends......... If you remember, I posted the same prediction, which was dead on about the 07 changes, from the same source. So make what you want of it. OVER.[8D]

 

If the past eight years are any indication, there's a run on the existing models when the "new" ones come out. I think the water-cooled heads of the '09 touring models will prove me right. Ray

 

Oh please.....unless they're giving them away, I'm thrilled with my 08 Street Glide and there's no way I won't enjoy the heck out of riding it, even when those dreamy 09's come out!!

 

I hate the first year of just about any bike.....if the MOCO is silly enough to make too big of a change with anything, I know I will hate it for sure. Besides that.....it will have bugs out the a$$. I can wait out any change.

 

Can you give us a hint???

 

I hear they're only making the 09's for1 year so better get in line to getthem quick.

seems like no matter what year Harley you get, the next year has something new.
But, I have heard something about a 106 Anniversary for 2009, but not sure.

However accurate and true, rumor has it that most first runs usually have "bugs" to work out. Remember 1999's first run of the 88 Twin cams initial problems? I'll not be buying another HD for at least 5+ years under normal circumstances. By then they should have hidden wings that pop out for the ultra and allow you to fly short distances at low altitudes.

 

Ssshhhhhhhh, don't tell anyone. This is supposed to be a huge secret.
