I don't have quick release straps on my tour pak. Not disputing that locks are good to have, just saying that that one is too expensive for me.

To have any reasonable security on my Heritage, I'd have to have a lock on the windshield bag, Tourpak, and 2 saddlebags. Not to mention locking up the helmet and bike itself. PITA.

Thanks for the link, much more reasonable price. See they have locks for the saddlebags also.

+1 on this lock. I have it on my leather Tour-Pak on my Road King and it works great!!! Haven't regretted it for one minute.

I saw the hasp lock on a tour pak,and it looked good.T he hing goes on the lid using screw type rivets{i think that is what you call them }they do not rub at all. They are flat on both sides. The lock is built into the bottom part,so there should be NO movement. And you can use the organizer. When i finish i;ll try on post a picture. leon

I ordered one from padlocks4less.com it is called " 3 inch locking hasp ",it cost $7.95 and $9.00 shipping. It is chrome and strong. You can get the same screw type rivits as inertiawix uses at most hardware stores. They are very low profile, flat! You can also get the hasp at hardware stores,i got this one because i could not find a 3inch where i live only a 4 1/2 and 2 1/2.the one i saw on the bike was a 4 1/2. leon

I can't remember where I seen it. But there is a replacement snap buckle with a 3 number combo code.
