I've had a great experience with ACM and I've bought a lot of stuff from them.

 

I orderd my V&H true duals from them, got them in 7 days after pay pal cleared. Couldnt be happier. I wouldnt mind dealing with them again.

Some buyers just don't get it. It's ebay, not a brick & mortor store. Things work a little differently. If you read their auctions they clearly state their shipping times. If you don't like it, don't bid!



10 business days could take 14 days or more including weekends & holidays. I have purchased a few items with no problems. They did answer emails promptly when I had a question.

 

I had the same problem with them not being too prompt. I will say that although I did have to wait almost 13 days to get what I ordered, the shipping was FREE. I guess I can't complain too much when they did wave an almost $12 shipping fee. And they left great feedback. It does get to ya though, all that waiting.

 

I have bought several items from ACM and have had no problems. I like Eastern as well. If I have to have something in a hurry I buy it locally.

 

I agree with shoptroll to many neg. feedbacks for me.

 

I have bought several items, no communication issues, quick shipping. My only complaint is they ship ups and UPS loves to charge us Canadians a brokerage fee.

I bought some $550 pipes from them. They sent the wrong model year pipes than what I purchased. I got every BS story in the book for a full week and they never once apologized or evened offered to replace the pipes. They are real scam artists over there. Many fights on the phone, via email, etc. I finally had to use paypal dispute. Paypal didn't even both to continue the dispute after day one and ordered them to give me the money back. Than, those idiots wouldn't cover the return shipping and lied, again, that it was paypal dispute policy to not pay shipping. I was so happy to get the bulk of my cash back, I spent the 50 bucks to pay for the return shipping. Than, I asked paypal about this and they said I was scammed, again. So, they stole 50 bucks from me, but they can keep it as it was a small price to pay for learning to stay away from them. So, I tell anyone reading this, stay away from this crook and your life will be much calmer.

 

These people are hot-heads, I had a customer bring in a set of mufflers, one was dented and I told the customer I'd contact ACM to get it taken care of, long story short.......my customer is driving around with a dented muffler.
