People do have good experiences with ACM, but when things go bad with them, they GO REAL BAD.

Their attitude you encounter should their be any glitch in the transaction will leave you shaking your head.

I gave ACM a negative feedback due to them taking over 3 weeks to get a set of hot toppers to me. They went balistic on me, they have emailed me several times and called me ignorant, idiot and serveral other things because I was unsatisfied with their customer service. They also said they have banned me from ebay. LOL. How can they ban me?? What a joke. I can't believe how they act when someone gives their honest opinion about them. They sent me an email to withdraw my feedback, which I am sure most people actually do this so they don't have negative feedback as a buyer, which I now have thanks to ACM. I will gladly keep the negative feedback as a reminder to never do business with them again. I am sure that EasternPerformance will not care if I have a negative ding from ACM. They will probably give me a discount for it.

I've heard enough about them that they'll never get my business, no matter how low their prices. Underscores theimportance of not getting toofocused on Price without regard to Customer service orQuality.

I concur with this 110%. I will stick with Eastern Performance....their prices are just as good and they are a sponsor here at HDF.

I've lost count of how many threads I've seen hammering ACM for poor customer service since I joined this forum. There's always some folks that didn't have any problems......but there's just way too many negative comments for my taste. Go with Eastern Performance.

"I'll second what's already been said. If all goes well the price is good, if not you'll wish you never did business with them. I too have bought a lot from them in the past. I've had too many problems to ever use them again though - no matter how cheap the price. I'll use Eastern, Dennis Kirk or somebody else. Good customer service is a valued asset!

I have mixed feelings with ACM. It does seem to take a while to ship stock stuff. I live about 40 minutes from them and it takes a week to get. I did however always got responses quickly via email.

On one hand they hammered me on restocking, then again I bought a seat I said didn't fit right and they really worked with me on a swap.

I buy cautiously from them.

I just ordered my pipes from ACM two weeks ago, and received them at my door in 6 days. I did e-mail them one and got a quick response. I would use them again.
