Clearview makes them with a slight curve in them. Probably what you're thinking of. I don't have one though.

i"m 6ft. tall and ride a road glide and was having aproblem with the wind buffetting my head badly. i got a clearview wind shield that was 1 inch taller and they are 2 inches wider and it got rid of all those problems. only things is it takes about 8 weeks to get one , but well worth the wait.

Yep, some of the best $$$ I spent - helped with the wind buffetting - I got the "smoke tint" (not the dark smoke), also helps with the sun, yet can see fine at night.

I have one on my RK. It is about 3" shorter than the stocker and works better IMO. Mine didn't take any longer than a couple of weeks.

I have a Clearview recurve (6.5 inch) that cured all my buffeting issues.
I called them up by phone, they had it in stock, I gave credit card info, and they shipped it out the next day.
Highly recommended!

Check out Klock Werks Flare windshield. Some like it better than the Clearview. I've ordered the 8in. dark smoke. It also comes in 12in. Go to the touring section and there are several post about these.
