Hey Primo, when did you get yours? Saw you ordered yours day after me!

BTW, I'm a large with these helmets, and use the thinnest liner and it's quite comfortable. On my Shoei, I'm an XXL, must be my pudgy face that's the problem there

Recvd 3/3, returned 3/6.

I tried the thinnest liner but since my head is shaved I always wear a bandana of some sort and it was just too snug even with the thinnest liner. With no liner it was too big so off to the next size up.

Good tip! I too shave my noggin... I would not have taken the doo-rag into account.

How are they about returns in general? If I order one and I look like a cartoon character, can I return it?

Just measured my melon...

w/o doo-rag it looks to be about 23.25 - 23.5

w/ doo-rag it is bettwen 23.75 -24.0

Guess that makes me an XL..

Thanks again for the heads up Primo

You won't look like a cartoon character. These are very low profile helmets.

As far as returns go, scroll up and read my previous posts. They sent me the same helmet 3 times until I was happy.

Yep. I called and they just said to scribble a note on what I wanted on the receipt and send it back with the helmet (2 lbs box and all) .

Really great people to deal with.

Primo

P.S. Glad I could help, Mr. Postal.

Thanks Primo.

I usually wear a "silk" under my full face but this sucker is so comfy and the liner can be removed so easily I'm not gonna use a do-rag with it. But it's a good point for those people on the border line.

I actually tried the medium liner and it felt good, but i started feeling some pressure points and was getting a headache, so swapped it out with the thinner one. Funny you mention without any liner, 'cause then my head is swimming in the helmet, 'cause the thought did cross my mind, but the liner is just thick enough to let your head breath a bit.

My wife did give me the line from "True Lies" tho (when Tom Arnold see's Arnolds daughter putting her helmet on...)

"Yeah, I remember the first time I got shot out of a cannon."

Great Info. I am headed to Orlando on vacation next week and I am going to stop by and see them. I will give a short report when I return.
