Welll........INDY will be shocked.....
The cop in the CAR is to blame.........it was HIS responsibility to insure the intersection was clear prior to entering it...administratively speaking.
When it comes to court, it will be time to present evidence as to whether or not the motorcyclist should have been able to hear/see/be aware of the fact that an emergency vehicle was entering the intersection.
