Eastern and Kuryakyn
Had a faulty bulb in a Kuryakyn smoked layback taillight, anyway long story short, Kuryakyn are going to send me (Australia) a complete new taillight assembly free of charge, man that sort of service is over and above the norm I think , both Eastern and Kuryakyn deserve a good rap for this. Will get more of my business in the future.

RE: Eastern and Kuryakyn
Some people knock Kuryakyn quality (I happen to like it), but they have the best Customer Service Department I have ever seen. A few years back I had a problem with a jet kit I bought from them, so I sent them an email; They called me from California, then called the mechanic that was working on the bike, to explain what needed to be done........it doesn't get any better than that.

RE: Eastern and Kuryakyn
I had a horrible experience hooking up my Panacea lighting. It was all caused my a poorly designed plug in LCD rear blinker light. They didn't make the contact point on the tip deep enough. It cost me over 250.00for parts that didn'thelpplus a few hours of mine & my dealerships laborto get it right. Kury gave me 175.00 in credit to help with the expense I incurred. Bottom line, customer service manager was great but they should do a little more testing on some of their products.
