I have to wear Red Wings for work (my work buys them) and I love them. I have always liked H-D boots. I usually wear the ones with the zippers on top for riding. I'm pretty sure they are called "Brakelight",, very comfortable and easy on and off which is a plus.

Tony Lama full quill ostrich, with riding heel and wide round toe, or if you prefer, narrow pointy toe.

I still think Doc Marten's are the best boots anyone can own. they are comfy and last forever.

You can run faster than your nemesis in the minivan in these boots.

I wear Red Wing - good comfort and, for my use in Minnesota, warmth. Definitely recommend themfrom the waterproof aspect-got caught in a drivin' rainstorm on the way to Sturgis last year; feet were nice and dry after riding for about an hour in the rain...and I also agree-ya get what ya pay for.

Another vote for Cruiserworks Men's Classics here. I've ridden in a heat wave in the middle of summer with them, and found them to be comfortable, without my feet getting too sweaty.

Cheers!

Yeah, but heat to us is 80....heat to him is 120. I do have to check out these Cruiserworks though. I've been buying HD for awhile now, comfortable (made by Wolverine), but not exactly cool on a hot day.

Actually, I was talking about riding down in Tennessee and area during a heat wave in July a couple of years ago, when the temps were up in the 110F+ zone. I'd get up at 7am and it was already in the high 80s. By noon, I was sizzling, hehehe...

Cheers!
