Default Anti-Fog

I bought a full face hood with interchangable glasses, seems like it might work but it keeps fogging up on me. I have tried spit, various anti fog brands and glass cleaners. Any ideas or recommended brands. Thanks for any help.

I've decided to buck tradition also and wear a full-face. I use the RainX anti-fog with SOME success, but you have to apply about once per week. It also seems to have permanetly fogged my clear lens some.

My simplest solution has been to just leave my visor open about 1/4" at slower speeds and flip it up at lights.

I'm sorry I did not explain it well enough. It is not a helment it is a neoprene form fit hood. Once it is on there is no lifting the eye piece w/o completely removing the headgear.

You need a breath mask. I use a snowmobile helmet that has a breath mask that separates your eye shield from your breath. Nothing fogs up. Check DennisKirk.com for generic ones or contact the manufacturer of the helmet to see if they make one specifically for your helmet

Have you tried a product called Catcr@p?

Skiers use it.

you could try waxing the goggles but unless they are real snug to your face your screwed nothing will stop them from fogging up from your hot air in the mask.

...rubber hood with built in goggles?? Sounds a bit like a gas mask?
I also lift the face shield when i stop or else fogs up. For skiing there is stuff called Cat Crap for glasses or goggles. Also, you can rub a little shaving cream on the bathroom mirror to keep it from fogging (really) but both only last a couple of days. DOnt know any longer term solutions.
