The Roadking has 1" more rear suspension travel. The Roadking looks better (my opinion). The Superglide also looks great and has music. Only you can decide.

I have a Road King and am looking to buy the quadzilla faring from Hoppe it is a quick detach and fits right on the same mounting points as the windshield, I canhave the look of a Street Glide and change it back to a Road King anytime

The Street Glide has more wind protection and a stereo. Nice features for long trips. The Road King is 1" higher in the back and is not going to touch the pegs as soon in corners as the Street Glide will. Other than that, the handling will be very near the same.

To me the Road King is the closest thing there is to the "traditional"Harley Davidson. It gets my vote.

I like the option of taking the windshield off when it's warm and dry. With 27k on my 05 I find the windshield gives plenty of protection on long rides. I like to get the "feel of the ride" and having ridden boththink you loose something when you put yourself behind a big fairing. Just my opinion.

Both are great bikes but you need to decide for yourself. Go rent each bike for a weekend and take a trip-you'll know which one is right for you.
I prefer the style of the Road King Classic. I just don't need a fairing and like to stip off the windshield sometimes. For sound my iPod works just fine.
Do some research and rent!!!

The Road King Custom and the Street Glide are set up the same in regards to the front and rear suspension .The only real difference is the fairing. The handling on the curves will be almost identical except for the wind. You can get a Dragonfly,Hoppe etc.removable faring and have two bikes.I love the Street Glide but the versatility of the Road King makes it "The KING"

Street glide without a doubt in my opinion.
The wind/warmth from the faring (especially up here in NH), the radio/cd/mp3, bags (we put lid liners into for pockets/small stuff), overall comfortable ride.
If you can get to do a demo ride, that would be great help!
